PLEASE BE CAREFUL.The experience with Juliette was absolutely traumatic.
My mistake: I didn’t read her message asking me to put 98 gas instead of 95.
From that moment she treated me without any respect, she started bullying me into paying her extra money out of the platform, she is threatening me to claim damages for the engine on a car that has 200.000 km on the counter. Also she is lying to Snappcar reporting that I didn’t fill the tank, luckily I took a photo of the gas indicator.
And as a departing gift she gave me a one star review including a racist comment in which she suggests that I cannot be trusted because I am an expat.
